attended the doctors and am now scared to go back as I need to have a procedure done which I’m not looking afford to and am panicking about. 

going to the movies tonight though with a support worker so am excited about that! 

Tomorrow is grocery shopping day

Today my pantry/fridge are bleak. But I found a frozen portion of lasagne in the freezer

I had a toasted ham & cheese croissant today ... in town... to pass time cos I was early for my appointment... its rare..lol.... hospitality industry wont get rich on me eating out...

we made toasted ham, cheese,and tomato sandwiches for lunch after the GP appointment 

had to have an umbella because of the wind and rain

@Fluttershy1 I am currently relaxing having a Frosty Fruit ice block.

I am sorry that you need to have a procedure that you are panicking about. I was a people pleaser, so part of that, was not realising you had a say about things. So if I needed something done, I wouldn't question it. I would just go get it done, no matter how uncomfortable I was with the situation.

Sorry I can't offer any advice for you regarding this. But if it is a necessary procedure, I hope you can find a way to make you feel more comfortable with it, so it can be done as painlessly as possible.

I went to the Cafe today to meet up with a friend I met when I was in hospital. I ordered an "extra sweet" Vietnamese coffee. It wasn't sweet at all! 

@Shaz51 I used to make ham & cheese croissants for breakfast on Christmas Day for the family. That's when I was up and about.  So a while ago now. You just reminded me of that. Lol 😅

Hi everyone 😊 I’ve missed being part of this amazing community. I’ve been away for a little while.. 
I went out today and got some new teas. I found a calming lemon herbal blend that I tried in the shop, and I think it might be my new favourite. It has lemongrass, lemon myrtle, hibiscus, and a few other ingredients I can’t quite remember, but it tastes really good.

I've just made myself a cup of that tea, and I'm planning to settle in with a book tonight on my kobo. I’ve just made a cup of the lemon tea, and I’m planning to settle in with a book tonight on my Kobo. I’ve been meaning to use it for a very long time now, I used to really enjoy reading, but life got in the way for a while. It feels good to finally have the peace and energy to get back into it again. I have been enjoying reading a bit the last few days.

@Bunniekins I spent the day with my niece just chatting and ordering a couple more crystals and a book on crystals so I can learn how to cleanse them etc.

I am looking forward to getting into it and helping my body and mind heal. Just another journey I am taking myself on.

@SaltwaterSoul I'm glad to hear you are enjoying the herbal tea and reading. I love herbal teas. I'm finding the chamomile, lemon balm and lavender has been helping me with nighttime distress. 

I've been getting back into reading too. I've always loved reading but I haven't had very much spare time for it this past year. What sort of books do you enjoy?
