Not gunna lie @MissGremlin - I’m kinda scared haha, but I’m going out this evening with my carer, what’s your plans for the day? 

@Fluttershy1 can understand being scared and it's completely valid. Hope it's a good evening with your carer. 

I have no plans. I'm honestly a real mess today, I dozed off before but woke up crying (I'm safe). I'm laying on my lounge and having cuddles with my puppy Casper. 

we are here for you @MissGremlin - don’t be too hard on yourself give your puppy lots of cuddles pets always help ground us
