Tuesday Coffee & Chat - 31 March

Having an easy day today, been doing household chores most of the morning. My partner also has an appointment later today, so hopefully that goes all smoothly 💚

I enjoyed a nice iced chai latte this morning; I certainly needed that little pick-me-up.

I hope this week is kind to us all 💚

@MatchaToad @Fluttershy1 hello friends 😊 joining here just as I’ve brewed myself a nice pourover black coffee. I usually love mine with milk and in various ways but love to keep it black when it’s really good quality single origin 

beautiful weather here today, I’m running on very little sleep but had a lovely morning admiring the vast amount of birds chirping away and flying around the area. definitely set a great tone for the rest of my day. something about listening to the sound of Australian birds has always been very therapeutic and uplifting for me like nothing else on so many levels 

I’m now trying to decide what to have for lunch, and thinking about maybe spending the afternoon going for a nice bushwalk somewhere

I achieved yesterday's goal of doing the referral to area PHN

I also mailed SANE to urge them to change @MatchaToad 's badge

I picked up my chemist items. And walked on the beach
