I've ducked onto forum this early morning to avoid life whildt i can 😅 until my visitor (family) gets up from bed and expects me to be., or my dogs demand me.getting out of bed (so far they're happy sleeping in with me).

I did have some easter choc yesterday that i was given. And i did have a hot cross bun (yum i love fruit buns) on friday too. 

Hmm this talk of food and i realise my stomavh is empty and acidic so i had betrer get up to eat something small and offset the acidity. 😬:face_with_rolling_eyes:

Hoping people have a lovely easter monday.

was planning on going to the zoo with a support worker today but I couldn't so I've emailed her to let her know about that. I also have a session coming up in less than half an hour that I'd like to attend as it's a very important session for me (it's called 'energy healing') 🌿

I had a good cry last night as I was imagining myself trauma-dumping on someone that I fully trust enough to lean on (which I unfortunately don't have in real life) that is 'physically' there for me -- it felt good to let it all out

@Blackcloud I would be interested in hearing how the energy healing goes, and exactly what they do.

Sometimes it is great to have a good cry and just get all your emotions out. And most of the time you do feel better. 

It would be nice if we could all find someone we trust to dump all our trauma on. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't trust anyone as far as friends goes, but there is one social worker that I would trust, but we haven't got to the trauma side of things yet. That will be coming up when I discuss my PTSD I suppose. 

I hope your energy healing goes well and you enjoy the rest of your day.

Hi @Mustang67 I've actually attended these energy healing sessions before and I'd say they're very worth attending (at least for me). The teacher that does the energy healing stuff has a really nice and calming voice that is easy enough for me to fall asleep during the session hehe ❤️ It's really hard for me to explain what exactly they do though - but from what I've just read they use reiki and other energy healing techniques to help activate our own regulation and relaxation systems. and that energy healing is a wonderful tool to help with grounding the self, connecting to our intuitive nature etc. I'd say it's definitely worth it for me as I do find them helpful!

That's very true yeah, I was actually imagining more of crying and talking about it all to a certain someone (a public/media figure) that I have a parasocial relationship with who obviously doesn't know me hehehe because what he displays on camera actually fits my ideal type so I usually imagine him just being 'physically' there to comfort me and be deeply understanding and empathetic about my issues, and just having 'him' there for sit through the feelings with me. I hope that makes sense 😊

I always think about that the world would be a better place if many people were like this, but unfortunately it is really the opposite in reality so I often question the 'why' on that as well.

But of course, I do have my counsellor and psychologist that I currently talk to as well regarding these issues that I have and that I think about from time to time.😊

@Mustang67 oh by the way I forgot to say, I really appreciate the picture of the two bears you've attached. Seeing that makes me happy 💗🧸

@Blackcloud I am getting into crystal healing. At the moment, I have been buying the crystals, that I am either drawn to, or after reading about them, think that I need help in that area. I have ordered a crystal book, and the products required to cleanse the crystals, so I will soon start my crystal healing journal. A lot of the stones mention grounding and connecting to our intuition.

So far, my favourite is my Clear Quartz Crystal Labubu, oh and my Black Obsidian Cat. Most of the crystals that I have purchased are tumbled stones with a few heart shaped crystals as well. I am looking forward to putting my intentions into the stones and see how it goes.

I inspected the fences and the paddocks in my PJs.

Fed the dogs and played with them in my PJs

Assessed trees with termite damage, in my PJs

Fed the sheep, in my PJs.

How fortunate am I, and it really doesn’t matter what day it is. 🫅
