Absolutely, haven't got up to much yet. Yesterday I felt like I run an emotional marathon, today it's a chance to slow down. I just completed my induction online for my new job, my very first ''proper'' job for a long time so yeah quite nervous, now I am just waiting to get scheduled for an on-site induction and start working. 😊

It was a lot of information, but they made it pretty interactive, so it wasn’t as boring as some of these things can be. It was a mix of videos, reading, and quizzes, and it took about an hour.

Will have to do same again tonight. Psych said to if didn’t sleep well enough last night. Drugged up to eyehalks on prescription meds. Naughty @ GezzaP has had coffee already

I just finished a true crime doc so I'm processing that before diving into another series. 

I always love the final 5 minutes where everyone is trying to speed cook. I feel the pressure for them! I know myself I could not compete 😅

Taking extra meds as told by psych,  so hope can sleep soon @Rosepetal96 . Got an appt with chiro today so hoping will ease back pain and help me to sleep better. After appt will walk if my back can stand it or get bus and just walk a little bit . Walking is good for back. Wish the appt was in the morning rather than the afternoon. I will be so tired. Will pick up something for dinner or get take away so don’t have to cook and have a red drink ha ha. Will go to bed before 10 pm as I’m a morning person and prefer the mornings. Excuse rant I’m hypomanic. Will take sleeping tablet if wake up in the night again. I’ll recover but aging sux.

I got better. It took a while.

It’s not the worst back pain I’ve had @Glisten . Caught it early before getting spasms. Walked slowly back up hill from chiro. Having a break before I have to remake the bed which I find hard to do. Might have to get helper to make it properly for me when next he comes over ha ha. Back a bit better after treatment. Have to fold and put towels away too. May even have a glass of the red stuff I opened yesterday. Or maybe a sugar hit with a pepsi. Getting food delivery tonight no way am I cooking tonight. Totally stuffed atm. Hope your late afternoon and evening are kind to you.
