I'm running the gauntlet. I neglected to put a script in for a med which needs to be ordered. Tuesday morning is my appointment to administer it. Luckily the chemist said it should be in tomorrow 2pm

Sunny day here after a week of mixed weather. Was hoping to do some yard work yesterday but it was miserable. Today is walk day after lunch.

Have a random ankle complaint at the moment. Have it strapped so will see if I can make the usual loop. It is a good time out with my wife without distractions. Depending on the loop we do between 1 and 2 hours.

We went for a walk and now got lots of body  aches and pains everywhere
