    Building Resilience Together: Strategies for Daily Life

    👨‍⚕️ Facilitated by: SANE Peer Support Workers with lived experience

    This session will focus on practical strategies for building and maintaining resilience in daily life. We'll discuss:
    • Identifying personal strengths and support networks
    • Developing coping strategies for challenging times
    • Managing transitions and adjusting to civilian life
    • Self-care practices that work for you
    • Accessing appropriate support services

    This is a safe, moderated space where you can:
    • Share experiences (if you feel comfortable)
    • Learn from others
    • Connect with people who understand
    • Get information about support services

    The session will include:
    • A brief introduction to the topic
    • Group discussion
    • Practical exercises
    • Q&A time
    • Information about additional support resources
